Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sliders with a Berry Sauce and Blue Cheese Butter

You can't just eat one! Great for game time or a great party appetizer.

Ingredients

1Smithfield Marinated Pork Tenderloin (we used Hickory Sweet flavor)see savings

1 tablespoonolive oilsee savings

10 smallsoft dinner rollssee savings

For Sauce:
-
3 cupsmixed berries such as blackberries, raspberries, and blueberriessee savings

2 tablespoonssugarsee savings

-
1 tablespoonwatersee savings

-
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegarsee savings

Garnish:
-
1/4 cupmixed berriessee savings

Blue cheese butter:
-
1/4 cupbutter, softenedsee savings

-
2 tablespoonsblue cheese, softenedsee savings

Directions
1.
In a medium sauce pan place berries, sugar, and vinegar. Cook over low heat stirring often and mashing with the back of your spoon until sugar dissolves and berries break down. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2.
In a small bowl, mix together butter and blue cheese.
To Grill:
Brush tenderloin with olive oil. On a medium-high setting, cook 25 minutes per pound, covered, or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F internal meat temperature. (Uncovered grill will require longer cooking time.)Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice into 1/4-inch slices. Will yield 20 slices.
To Assemble Sliders:
Spread one side of each roll with the blue cheese butter. Top with 2 slices of tenderloin and a spoonful of berry sauce. Secure with a decorative skewer and a berry. Wrap in parchment and pack for the game!
