Grilled Muffins

Ingredients

2 large or jumboprepared fruit muffinssee savings

-
1 to 2 tablespoonsmargarine or buttersee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonground ginger or cinnamonsee savings

-
1/4 cupmarmalade, preserves, or jamsee savings

Directions
1.
Set each muffin on its base and slice in half vertically (downward).
2.
In a very large skillet melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in ginger or cinnamon. Lay muffins, cut side down, in margarine mixture. Cook about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to serving platter. Serve with marmalade, preserves, or jam. Makes 4 servings.
