Grilled Fish Steaks with Chunky Tomato Sauce

1 stalkcelery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)see savings

1small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)see savings

1medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)see savings

1/2 tsp.dried thyme leaves, crushedsee savings

1/4 tsp.garlic powder or 2 small cloves garlic, mincedsee savings

1 can(10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soupsee savings

2 tbsp.lemon juicesee savings

1/8 tsp.hot pepper sauce (optional)see savings

6swordfish or tuna steak, 1-inch thick (about 2 1/4 pounds)see savings

Directions
1.
Spray a 2-quart saucepan with the cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the celery, green pepper, onion, thyme and garlic powder and cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring often.
2.
Stir the soup, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce, if desired, in the saucepan and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
3.
Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the fish for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning the fish over once during grilling. Serve the soup mixture over the fish.
