  • 1  tablespoon  margarine or butter, meltedOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  packed brown sugarOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  curry powderOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  plain yogurtOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  toasted coconutOn Sale

Directions
1.
Cut pineapple crosswise into six 3/4-inch-thick slices. Stir together margarine or butter, brown sugar, and curry powder.

Grill pineapple slices on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once and brushing once or twice with margarine mixture. To serve, cut slices in half. Serve warm topped with yogurt and coconut. Makes 6 servings.
