Ingredients
4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched, and drained
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 recipe Dijon Vinaigrette (Recipe follows.)
1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large eggs, soft-cooked in shell, peeled, and diced
Garnish: fresh dill
Dijon Vinaigrette
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine beans, salt, and pepper. Toss with approximately 1/2 cup Dijon Vinaigrette to coat. Serve over lettuce leaves. Top with bacon and eggs.
2. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, whisking to blend. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
