  • 1/4   teaspoon  fresh ground black pepperOn Sale
  • 1    recipe Dijon Vinaigrette (Recipe follows.)On Sale
  • 1  head  butter lettuce, leaves separatedOn Sale
  • 1  pound  bacon, cooked and crumbledOn Sale
  • 4  large  eggs, soft-cooked in shell, peeled, and dicedOn Sale
  •     Garnish: fresh dillOn Sale
Dijon Vinaigrette
  • 1/2  cup  white balsamic vinegarOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  mayonnaiseOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  Dijon-style mustardOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  kosher saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, combine beans, salt, and pepper. Toss with approximately 1/2 cup Dijon Vinaigrette to coat. Serve over lettuce leaves. Top with bacon and eggs.

Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.

Dijon Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, whisking to blend. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
