Greek Tomato Relish

Ingredients
3 roma tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped, pitted kalamata olives
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Ground black pepper
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine tomato, olives, onion, oil, oregano, and vinegar. Season to taste with pepper. Makes about 6 (1/4 cup servings).
