Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon  vegetable oilOn Sale
  • 1 pound  lean ground beefOn Sale
  • 1 small  onion, choppedOn Sale
  • 3   garlic cloves, mincedOn Sale
  • 1 teaspoon  each mint, paprika, and saltOn Sale
  • 1/2 cup  petite diced tomato in garlic, basil, and oreganoOn Sale
  • 1/3 cup  ketchupOn Sale
  • 8   taco shells, warmedOn Sale
  • 1/2   seedless cucumber, shreddedOn Sale
  • 1 large  tomato, choppedOn Sale
  • 1/4 cup  crumbled fetaOn Sale
Directions

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add meat and onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, mint, paprika, and salt. Cook 1 minute. Stir in diced tomatoes and ketchup. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with warmed taco shells, cucumber, tomato, and feta.
