    Steamfresh® Multi Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomato & Onions, cooked according to package directions and cooled

    sliced black olives

    marinated artichoke hearts , reserve dressing

  • 3  tablespoons
    crumbled feta cheese

    Chopped tomato

Directions
1.
Toss prepared multigrain blend with olives, artichokes, reserved artichoke dressing, and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Cover and chill salad, if desired, for 1 hour before serving.
3.
Serve garnished with chopped tomato.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve this salad with sauteed scallops and prepared Birds Eye® Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots.
