  • 1  small  purple onion, thinly slicedOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  crumbled feta cheeseOn Sale
  • 1  recipe  Creamy Balsamic Dressing (Recipe follows.)On Sale
Creamy Balsamic Dressing:
  • 1  cup  mayonnaiseOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  olive oilOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  balsamic vinegarOn Sale
  • 1  clove  garlic, mincedOn Sale
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons  chopped dried oreganoOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  chopped dried basilOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  saltOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing. Gradually add enough dressing to coat leaves, tossing gently. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.

Creamy Balsamic Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk. Cover and Refrigerate.
