We took the classic Greek salad ingredients (feta cheese and tomatoes) and put them on a pizza crust to create a fun dinner.

1 12-inch (10-ounce)whole wheat Italian bread shell (Boboli)see savings

2 cupswhole fresh baby spinach leavessee savings

8 ouncescooked skinless chicken breast, slicedsee savings

1/2 cupcherry tomatoes, quarteredsee savings

1/4 cupcrumbled feta cheese (1 ounce)see savings

2 tablespoonschopped walnuts or pine nutssee savings

1/2 teaspoondried oregano, crushed, or 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oreganosee savings

1/2 teaspoondried rosemary, crushed, or 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemarysee savings

Directions

Place bread shell on a large baking sheet. Top with spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, nuts, oregano, and rosemary. Drizzle with Sonoma Diet Red Wine Vinaigrette. Bake in a 400 degree F. oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes: 4 servings
