Ingredients
  • 1  8  ounce package cream cheese, softened*
  • 1/3  cup sugar
  • 3   green food coloring (optional)
  • 1  8  ounce tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1   cup Cookies Keebler® Fudge Shoppe® Grasshopper® Fudge Mint
  • 1   Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate

In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and food coloring, if desired. Beat until combined.

Fold in whipped topping and cookies. Spread in crust.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
*NOTE:

Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
