    Pinch of salt

  • 1  cup
    mashed bananas, approximately 3 bananas

  • 1/4  cup
    milk

For Peanut Butter Frosting:
  • 2  tablespoons
    creamy peanut butter

  • 4  cups
    powdered sugar

  • 1  cup
    butter, softened

  • 2  teaspoons
    vanilla

  • 2  tablespoons
    milk

Directions
1.
Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
2.
Sift dry ingredients together.
3.
Cream sugar and butter, then add the eggs one at a time.
4.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
5.
Add bananas and milk; mix until blended.
6.
Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
7.
Peanut Butter Frosting: cream ingredients in mixing bowl and spread on cooled cake.
