  • 1  small  square Italian flat bread (focaccia) or 1 croissant, sliced in half horizontallyOn Sale
  •     Mayonnaise or salad dressingOn Sale
  • 4    thin slices cooked turkey breast*On Sale
  •     Roma tomato slices or other tomato slicesOn Sale
  •     Romaine lettuce leavesOn Sale
  •     Finely shredded cheddar cheeseOn Sale

Directions
1.
Spread the cut sides of the flat bread or croissant with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
2.
On one half, arrange turkey breast slices, tomato slices, romaine lettuce leaves, and shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with second half of focaccia or croissant. Makes 1 sandwich.

Note
Buy sliced cooked turkey or cook a turkey breast in the oven or on your grill. Slice it as thick as you like.
