Glazed Teriyaki Pork Chops with Potatoes

Teriyaki glaze and toasted sesame oil can be found in the Asian section of your supermarket. For a quick and easy dinner, serve it on pork chops with potatoes and pea pods.

Ingredients

4boneless pork loin chops, cut 3/4-inch thicksee savings

1/4 cupteriyaki glazesee savings

12 ouncestiny new potatoes, quarteredsee savings

1 tablespoonolive oilsee savings

1 tablespoontoasted sesame oilsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

-
1/8 teaspoonground black peppersee savings

-
1 cuppea pods, halved lengthwisesee savings

Teriyaki glazesee savings

Directions
1.
Preheat broiler. Brush both sides of chops with the 1/4 cup glaze. Arrange chops on half of the unheated rack of a broiler pan; set aside.

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until coated. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on rack next to chops.
3.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 9 to 11 minutes or until pork is done (160 degrees F) and potatoes are tender, turning pork and potatoes once.

Place pea pods in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to combine. Serve pork with potatoes and pea pods. Pass additional teriyaki glaze. Makes 4 servings.
