Ginger Teriyaki Salmon

Broiled salmon fillets brushed with a Japanese teriyaki glaze infused with the bold flavors of ginger, garlic and toasted sesame. Serve this flavorful entree with crisp steamed sugar snap peas and aromatic jasmine rice.

Ingredients

1/2 cupteriyaki glazesee savings

1/4 cuporange juicesee savings

2 tablespoonshoneysee savings

1 tablespoonsesame oilsee savings

1 tablespoonrice vinegarsee savings

2 teaspoonsminced gingersee savings

-
1 teaspoonminced garlicsee savings

4 (6-ounce)salmon filletssee savings

Directions
1.
Combine teriyaki glaze, orange juice, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic in small nonstick skillet and whisk to blend.
2.
Bring glaze to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes; cool.
3.
Place 1/2 cup glaze in zip-lock bag, add fillets, tumble to evenly coat and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4.
Preheat broiler.

Drain fillets and arrange, skin side down, on a baking sheet lined
with foil or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
6.
Brush fillets evenly with remaining glaze; broil for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Serve warm.
