Ginger Pear Relish for Ham

Try this fresh and festive relish on ham or pork chops. It's also good with chicken or turkey.

Ingredients

1/3 cupdried cranberriessee savings

2pears, cored and choppedsee savings

4green onions, thinly slicedsee savings

3 tablespoonsfinely chopped crystallized gingersee savings

1 tablespoonolive oilsee savings

1 tablespoonlime juicesee savings

1 tablespoonhoneysee savings

-
1 teaspoonfinely snipped fresh rosemarysee savings

Directions
1.
Place cranberries in a small bowl; add boiling water to cover. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and return to bowl.
2.
Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 to 3 hours. Serve with ham. Makes 8. to 9 servings (2-1/3 cups)
