Ingredients

3large egg yolkssee savings

1-1/2 Cupsheavy creamsee savings

1 Tablespoonchopped fresh gingersee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a roasting pan on center shelf in oven and fill almost halfway with boiling water.
2.
In a blender, combine egg yolks and whole eggs, cream, water, sugar substitute, vanilla, and ginger until very smooth.
3.
Pour through a sieve into a shallow 1-quart baking dish. Carefully place dish in roasting pan (water should come halfway up sides). Bake 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
4.
Transfer to wire rack; cool to room temperature. Spray a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray, lay directly over flan, and chill 3 hours in refrigerator.
