  • 1  cup
    water

Directions
1.
In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger ale.

Pour ginger ale mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours.

Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy. Makes 6 (2/3-cup) servings.

Test Kitchen Tip
Freeze Ginger Ale Ice up to 2 weeks. To serve, let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes.
