    cream of chicken soup

    hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    chicken giblets, cooked and chopped
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Cook for 5 minutes. Gradually add chicken broth, whisking constantly until smooth. Add soup, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth. Add egg and giblets, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
