German Pancake

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
2. Melt butter in oven-proof skillet, preferably 10-inch cast-iron pan, over medium heat. Using a pot holder, remove skillet from heat. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet.
3. Carefully transfer hot skillet to 400 degrees F oven and bake for 20 minutes or until pancake is golden and puffed.
4. Sift confectioners' sugar over top of pancake and serve immediately.
