  • 1 1/2  pounds haricots vert or green beans
  • 1   clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2  teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon black pepper
  • 1   tablespoon olive oil

Directions
1. 
Trim tough ends off haricots vert or green beans but leave whole. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add beans and cook until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water. Return to pot; sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. 
To serve, place saucepan over low heat; add oil, stir well and cook until heated through.
