  • 1  cup  full-fat plain yogurtOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  extra-virgin olive oilOn Sale
  • 1  medium  clove garlic, minced and mashed to a paste with a pinch of saltOn Sale
  •     Kosher salt to tasteOn Sale

Directions

Combine the yogurt, oil, and garlic in a small bowl and season to taste with salt. Refrigerate until shortly before serving.

The sauce may be made 1 day ahead.
