  • 1/2  cup  butter, softenedOn Sale

  • 1-1/2  tsp.  minced garlic (about 3 cloves)On Sale

  • 1  14 to 18-oz.  baguette or Italian breadOn Sale

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl combine butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and a dash of black pepper.

Without cutting through bottom crust, slice baguette in 1-1/2-inch slices. Generously spread butter mixture between slices. Wrap baguette in heavy foil. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm. Makes 10 to 12 slices.
