Garlic Herb and Parmesan Butter
Making compound butters is so easy--and can create such a special taste experience. This recipe makes a topping that's ideal for adding fabulous flavor to corn on the cob, baked potatoes or many other vegetables.

Ingredients

8 ounces softened unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

1/4 cup grated parmesan

Salt and pepper, season to taste
