Ingredients
  • 1  pkg.
    (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

    chopped cucumber

  • medium carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)

  • green onion, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)

  • 1  tsp.
    lemon juice

  • 1/4  tsp.
    dried dill weed, crushed or 1 tsp. fresh dill weed

Directions
1.
Stir the cream cheese, cucumber, carrot, onion, lemon juice and dill weed in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve the spread with the crackers.
