about 1/3 cup
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
4 teaspoons cumin seed
2 teaspoons whole cloves
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1 teaspoon whole cardamom seed (pods removed)
3 inches broken stick cinnamon
In an 8x8x2-inch baking pan combine peppercorns, cumin seed, cloves, coriander seed, cardamom seed, and cinnamon. Roast in a 350-degree F oven for 15 minutes.
