Ingredients

2 tablespoonswhole black peppercornssee savings

4 teaspoonscumin seedsee savings

2 teaspoonswhole clovessee savings

1 teaspooncoriander seedsee savings

1 teaspoonwhole cardamom seed (pods removed)see savings

3 inchesbroken stick cinnamonsee savings

Directions
1.
In an 8x8x2-inch baking pan combine peppercorns, cumin seed, cloves, coriander seed, cardamom seed, and cinnamon. Roast in a 350-degree F oven for 15 minutes.
2.
In a blender container place roasted spices. Cover tightly; blend until very fine. Cool to room temperature. Store in a covered container in a cool, dry place. Makes about 1/3 cup.
