  •     Assorted fruits, such as halved strawberries, whole raspberries, whole blueberries, quartered and thinly sliced kiwifruit, halved green grapes, or sliced kumquatsOn Sale

Directions

Stir cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and orange peel in a small mixing bowl. Pipe cream cheese mixture atop each cookie using a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip, or simply spread mixture atop each cookie.

Top with fruits and, if desired, mint leaves. Serve immediately. Makes 16 to 20 tarts.
