Directions
1.
In a large saucepan cook green beans, covered, in a small amount of boiling lightly salted water 10-15 minutes or just until tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Use immediately or cover and chill up to 24 hours.

For dressing, in a medium bowl combine sour cream, orange juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
3.
Line a serving platter with lettuce. Arrange Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, green beans, mandarin oranges, and grapes on top of lettuce; sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve with dressing.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with warm rye or whole wheat dinner rolls and butter.
