  • 3/4  cup  apple cider or apple juiceOn Sale
  • 2-1/2  inches  stick cinnamonOn Sale
  • 1  20-ounce can  pineapple chunks (juice pack), drainedOn Sale
  • 1  large  grapefruit, peeled, sectioned, and seededOn Sale
  • 3    kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slicesOn Sale
  • 1  cup  bite-size sticks peeled jicamaOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a small saucepan, combine apple cider and stick cinnamon. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Gently boil, uncovered, about 8 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup liquid. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes. Discard stick cinnamon.

In a serving bowl, combine pineapple, grapefruit, kiwifruit, and jicama. Pour reduced cider over. Gently stir to combine.
3.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 4 hours before serving.
