Fruit Sundae Snacks

Shredded jicama (HEE-kah-mah) adds crunch to these fruit-filled waffle cones. Find jicama, the root vegetable often called Mexican potato, in fresh produce aisles, usually available from fall through spring. Peel the thin skin just before using.
