Fruit Salad With Banana Dressing

Ingredients
8 cups cut-up fruit, such as papaya, banana, strawberries, carambola (star fruit), cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, kiwi fruit, and/or blueberries
1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1 8-ounce carton lemon low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Lettuce leaves
Directions
1. For dressing, in a blender container combine sliced bananas, lemon yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice; cover and blend for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth. Chill dressing, covered, for up to 2 hours. To serve, line salad plates with lettuce; arrange fruit on top. Top with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts. Makes 8 side-dish servings.
