Fruit Bowl Sundae
Your family will love this simple dessert that calls for fruit instead of ice cream then topped with chocolate whipped cream and sandwich cookie crumbles.

Ingredients

1/3 cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup

2 chocolate sandwich cookies with white filling, crushed

2 medium bananas, sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

2 tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted
Directions

Chill a mixing bowl.

Beat whipping cream in the chilled bowl until soft peaks form (tips curl). Gradually fold in chocolate syrup until smooth; fold in cookie pieces.

Arrange bananas and strawberries in four dessert dishes. Spoon chocolate mixture on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
