  • 2  teaspoons
    sesame oil

    minced garlic

  • egg, beaten

  • 1  bag (10 oz)
    Steamfresh® Chicken Flavored Rice, cooked according to package directions

    Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, thawed

  • 1  cup
    Birds Eye® Baby Broccoli Florets, thawed

  • 3  tablespoons
    low-sodium soy sauce

Directions
1.
Heat sesame oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2.
Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add egg and cook until eggs are scrambled.
3.
Add rice, peas, broccoli, and soy sauce and cook until heated through.
4.
Garnish with shredded carrots, if desired.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with teriyaki shrimp and Birds Eye® Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts.
