Fresh Tomato & Chicken Pizza

Use plenty of fresh basil to bring out the Italian flavors in this low-fat chicken pizza.

Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spraysee savings

1 tablespooncornmealsee savings

-
1 10-ouncepackage refrigerated pizza doughsee savings

-
3 mediumplum tomatoes, thinly slicedsee savings

-
4 ouncescooked chicken, cut into 1-inch cubessee savings

-
3 tablespoonssnipped fresh basilsee savings

-
1/4 teaspooncoarsely ground peppersee savings

-
1 cupshredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheesesee savings

Directions
1.
Coat a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with cornmeal. Press refrigerated dough into pan, building up edges.
2.
Arrange tomato slices and chicken on dough. Add basil and pepper, and top with mozzarella.
3.
Bake in a 425 degrees F oven for 13 to 18 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
