Fresh Spiced Fruit

Served as is, this is a refreshing fruit salad. Topped with a little yogurt and honey, it's a lovely dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seeded watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup seeded peeled papaya chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup peeled mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/8- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions
1. 
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Makes 4 servings.
