Ingredients
  • 2 cups  chopped, peeled fresh peachesOn Sale
  • 1/4 cup  chopped sweet onionOn Sale
  • 3 tablespoons  lime juiceOn Sale
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons  finely chopped, seeded fresh jalapeno peppersOn Sale
  • 1 clove  garlic, mincedOn Sale
  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh cilantroOn Sale

In a medium mixing bowl stir together peaches, onion, lime juice, peppers, garlic, and cilantro. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours. Makes 2 cups (sixteen 2-tablespoon servings).
