Fresh Herb Rub
Rub this fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme combo onto chicken and fish before cooking for an amazing flavor blend.

Makes about 3 tablespoons rub
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. snipped fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed

1 Tbsp. snipped fresh sage or 3/4 tsp. dried sage, crushed

1 Tbsp. snipped fresh rosemary or 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed

1-1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

1 to 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

In a small bowl, stir together thyme, sage, rosemary, black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, and garlic.

To use, rub mixture evenly onto chicken. Makes about 3 tablespoons rub (enough for 3 pounds chicken).
