    snipped fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed

Directions
1.
In a small bowl, stir together thyme, sage, rosemary, black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, and garlic.

To use, rub mixture evenly onto chicken. Makes about 3 tablespoons rub (enough for 3 pounds chicken).
