Fresh Fruit with Citrus Mint Dressing
The 3-ingredient dressing recipe can be made ahead and chilled, then used for this dessert when you're ready.

Ingredients

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint

1 teaspoon honey

4 cups assorted fresh fruit (such as cut up pineapple, halved or quartered strawberries, quartered kiwifruit slices, cut up papaya, and/or cut up mango)
Directions

For dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, mint, and honey. Add fruit to dressing; toss lightly to coat. Makes 6 servings.
Make-Ahead Directions
Prepare as directed. Cover and chill for up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
