Directions

In a small bowl stir together yogurt, applesauce, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger.

To serve, spear fruit with toothpicks, then dip into yogurt mixture. Makes 6 (3-tablespoon) servings.
