Ingredients
  • 1  8  ounce carton plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4  cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1   tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2  teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8  teaspoon ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger
  • 3   cups assorted fresh fruit (such as pineapple chunks, strawberries, apple slices, and peach slices)
