Fresh Bloody Mary
  • 6    large heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedgesOn Sale
  • 1    small English cucumber, roughly choppedOn Sale
  • 3    center ribs celery, roughly choppedOn Sale
  • 1    anchovy fillet, roughly choppedOn Sale
  • 1  1-inch  piece fresh horseradish, peeled and mincedOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  fresh italian flat-leaf parsley leavesOn Sale
  •     Dash hot sauce, or to tasteOn Sale
  •     Dash Worcestershire sauce, or to tasteOn Sale
  •     Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepperOn Sale
  • 1    lime, cut into wedges, for garnishOn Sale
  •     Center ribs celery, to serve with drinksOn Sale

Directions
1.
Prepare seasoned salt mix by combining crushed celery seeds, salt, and pepper. Touch one point on the rim of each glass with lime juice and cover in seasoned salt mix. Set aside.
2.
For Fresh Bloody Mary, combine tomatoes, cucumber, celery, anchovy, horseradish, and parsley in a blender and puree completely. Season with hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Process once more to combine. Serve in glasses garnished with a lime wedge and a celery rib.
