Fresh Basil Vinaigrette

  • 1  cup  (packed) fresh basil (2 packages)On Sale
  • 1/3  cup  cup red wine vinegarOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  kosher saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  1/4 teaspoon pepperOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  sugarOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  DijonOn Sale
  • 2/3  cup  extra virgin olive oilOn Sale

Directions
1.
Process basil leaves in a food processor until they are evenly minced.
2.
Add in the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and Dijon and blend until thoroughly blended. Scrape down the sides of the food processor.
3.
With the food processor running, slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. Serve immediately or store for up to a day.
