Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting

Love cream cheese frosting? To make it extra fluffy, add light whipped dessert topping. Yum!

Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar*
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
Directions
1. 
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Fold about 1/2 cup of the light whipped dessert topping into the cream cheese mixture to lighten. Fold in the remaining whipped topping. Makes about 1-3/4 cups.
