Flatbread with Rosemary and Sea Salt
This simple recipe with fresh rosemary, garlic and fontina cheese on flatbread gives you a new and flavorful way to serve "pizza."

Fontina cheese, grated

Sea salt

Coarse black pepper

Crushed red pepper

Rosemary, coarse chopped

Directions
1.
On work surface lay out flatbread. Top with grated fontina cheese, sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with fresh shaved parmesan cheese.
