Ingredients

1 package(8 ounces) cream cheesesee savings

-
1/4 cupOld El PasoŽ salsa (any variety)see savings

-
1/4 cupapricot preservessee savings

-
1/4 cupsliced ripe olivesee savings

-
1 tablespoonchopped fresh cilantro, if desiredsee savings

-
Assorted crackers, if desiredsee savings

Directions
1.
Place block of cream cheese on serving plate with shallow rim.
2.
Mix salsa and preserves; spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with olives and cilantro. Serve with crackers.
Tips:
Watching fat grams? Use fat-free or low-fat cream cheese in place of the regular cream cheese.
Chocolate lovers will enjoy Chocoholic Apricot Spread. Replace the salsa with chocolate syrup, the olives with miniature chocolate chips, the cilantro with fresh mint and the crackers with wafer cookies or shortbread.
