Ingredients
  • 1  tablespoon
    lime juice

    avocado, pureed (or smashed)

    ranch dressing

  • 1/4  cup
    salsa

  • fresh jalapeno pepper, ribs and seeds removed, minced

  • 1/2  cup
    frozen or canned corn (defrosted and drained)

    red pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1/4  cup
    red onion, thinly sliced

    shredded lettuce

Directions
1.
Combine lime juice, avocado, ranch dressing, salsa and jalapeno in the bottom of a large mixing bowl.
2.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss together with the dressing.
