    lean sirloin steak, sliced thin

Directions
1.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook steak in a large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until just slightly pink. Remove from heat and stir in prepared rice.
2.
Lay tortillas out on your work surface. Equally divide rice mixture between each tortilla.
3.
Top each with desired amount of salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
4.
Roll up and serve.
