Easy Turkey Pot Pie (Cooking for 2)

Ingredients

1 cupGreen Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers frozen mixed vegetablessee savings

1 cupcut-up cooked turkeysee savings

-
1/2 cupcanned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soupsee savings

-
1/4 cupcanned condensed chicken brothsee savings

-
1/2 cupBisquick Heart Smart® mixsee savings

-
1/8 teaspoonpoultry seasoningsee savings

-
1/3 cupfat-free (skim) milksee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, stir together vegetables, turkey, soup and broth. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir.
2.
In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey mixture (crust will rise during baking).
3.
Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Tip:
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
