  • 1 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits (juice pack)
  • 2 red and/or green sweet peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 cups Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Frozen Diced Chicken Breast, thawed
  • 1 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained

How to Make Grilled Rosemary Chicken

If you are looking to spice up your marinade choice for yout next chicken dish try this grilled rosemary chicken recipe. The lime, rosemary and garlic turns your chicken into a light, tasty summer meal.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Pour juice mixture into a medium saucepan. Add sweet peppers. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 1-2 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender.
In a small bowl stir together vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and bouillon granules. Stir into sweet pepper mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Gently stir in Grilled & Ready® Diced Chicken, pineapple tidbits, and water chestnuts. Cook and stir until heated through.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with hot cooked white or brown rice.
