Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 3 medium-size red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 15 ounce can low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
