Easy Baked Cheese Fondue

Cambozola cheese combines the melting qualities of Camembert with the strong flavor of Gorgonzola. Watch the cheese carefully when making this appetizer recipe. Once heated, it quickly begins to melt.

1 8-ouncewedge or round Cambozola, Camembert, or Brie cheesesee savings

Coarsely ground mixed peppersee savings

2 tablespoonschopped walnuts or pecanssee savings

Sliced coarse-grain or crusty bread, toasted, or crackerssee savings

Directions
1.
If using a cheese round, peel rind from top of cheese. Place cheese round or wedge in a quiche dish or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper and walnuts or pecans.
2.
Bake in a 450 degree F oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is softened and just begins to melt. Serve with bread slices or crackers. Makes 8 servings.
